(TSX: VGZ) (NYSE MKT: VGZ) ('Vista' or the 'Corporation') advises holders of its TSX listed share purchase warrants (TSX: VGZ.WT.U) (the 'Warrants') that all outstanding Warrants expire at 4:30 p.m. (Pacific time)on October 22, 2015. At the expiry time, all unexercised Warrants will become void; holders will have no further rights under such Warrants; and the Warrants will be delisted from the TSX.
