HORIZON INCREASES WORKING INTEREST IN CITIES SERVICES BROWDER 1B
WELL

VANCOUVER, CANADA -- June 3, 2008 -- Horizon Industries Ltd.
(TSXV.HRZ), (Horizon), announces that it has acquired additional
working interest in the Cities Services' Browder 1B well at the New
Waverly Prospect in San Jacinto County, Texas.
Under the terms of the Joint Operating Agreement, Horizon has the right
to acquire its proportionate share of any non-consenting working
interest in the well. Horizon has elected to acquire an additional
17.1875% working interest bringing the Company's working interest
ownership to 50% in the Browder 1BWell.
The workover rig remains on schedule to move in and commence
re-completion operations this week.
