PRIVATE PLACEMENT INCREASED AND WARRANTS AMENDED

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- December 7, 2007 -- Horizon Industries
Ltd. (TSXV:HRZ), announces that the Company's non-brokered private
placement announced in the Company's news release dated October 5, 2007
and amended on November 20, 2007, has been further amended. The
private placement has been increased to comprise up to 2,600,000 shares
in the capital stock of the Company at a price of $0.20 per unit for
total gross proceeds of up to $520,000. Each unit will consist of one
common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase
warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional
share of the Company at a price of $0.30 per share for a period of two
years from the date of Closing. The shares are subject to a four month
hold period. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
