9 October 2015: Brisbane, Australia - Citigold Corporation Limited ('Citigold' or 'Company') (ASX:CTO) is pleased to announce it has approved the placement of 15,000,000 shares with sophisticated investor at 2 cents per share for $300,000 to be used by the Company as 'top-up' working capital as it awaits the settlement of the previously announced KIG joint venture.


The placement has been conducted with Citigold's residual placement capacity. The related appendix 3B and cleansing notice are included below.
