LONDON, UNITED KINGOM--(Marketwired - Feb. 2, 2015) - African Copper Plc ("African Copper" or "the Company") (AIM:ACU)(BOTSWANA:AFRICAN COPPER) today announces that Steve Georgala, a non-executive director of the Company, is resigning from the Board to focus on other business interests with immediate effect.
