Crazy Fox And Moira Update

Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX-V: NER) is updating shareholders on the Crazy Fox project, located about 100 km north of Kamloops BC.

The Company has received results from soil sampling completed on and around The Ace Gold showing which is located in the northern part of the Crazy Fox Property, 2.5 km north of last years drilling on the Crazy Fox project. Approximately 25 km of soil sample lines were completed, with lines spaced 50 meters apart.  Three anomalous areas were discovered with this survey, which were contiguous to each other. They are a northern Au-As soil anomaly, a central polymetallic � Au soil anomaly, and a southern Au-As soil anomaly.  These zones are connected to each other and form a belt approximately 150 meters wide and 1,300 meters long.  This belt is possibly due to structural or stratigraphic control or both as shown by the pattern of topographic features and variation of strontium and calcium in the soil samples collected.  The Company is excited about this new area, and plans are being made for future work programs in this area.

Historic gold mineralization grab samples at the Ace Gold showing assayed 10, 21, 21.5 and 27 grams/tonne gold.  This mineralization has been drilled by one short historic Diamond drill hole, which intersected from 13.4 m to 15.2m  5 grams/tonne gold.  Two additional drill holes have been drilled in the surrounding area with all holes intersecting arsenopyrite mineralization. The mineralization is hosted by argillite rocks which have been brecciated and also veined by quartz � arsenopyrite veins.  Massive sulphide lenses of pyrrhotite-pyrite � arsenopyrite with minor chalcopyrite have also been reported to occur. 

Three Diamond drill holes totaling 610 m have also been completed in an area 750 m southwest of last year�s drilling on the Crazy Fox property.  All Three holes were unable to locate the cause of anomalous molybdenum and tungsten geochemistry in the area, as they did not intersect any of the intrusive rock that was found in float in this area.  The Company has no current plans to assay drill core from these Diamond drill holes.

A magnetometer survey on the Moira Property, located approximately 19 km northwest of Clearwater, British Columbia is underway.  This survey is to adjoin the previous magnetometer survey conducted in 2008.  This survey will cover historical anomalous molybdenum soil samples and a historical geophysical resistivity anomaly.
