Donald Trump is a revolutionary, and government establishments loathe revolutionaries. This has been so since human societies began. Those who threaten any society’s prevailing power blocs with a diminishment of their prestige and influence are always targeted by those power blocs as an enemy to be undercut, smeared, and even exterminated if necessary. This is a law of politics that is as assured as the flow of tides and the paths of the planets.

What is the Deep State? It is the vast array of bureaucracies and unseen private interests that lies behind the more visible institutions of our government (the President, Congress and Supreme Court). It is the “military-industrial complex” that Dwight Eisenhower warned us about as he left office in January 1961, combined with bureaucracies such as the CIA, the NSA, the FBI, and Homeland Security. The Federal Reserve and its “primary dealers” (e.g., Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, etc.) intertwined with international institutions such as the IMF and the World Bank are part of the complex also.

This Deep State is what Ron Paul calls the “shadow government.” It is Orwellian in its nefarious presence throughout the U.S., yet extending its ambitions worldwide. Its members are both Democrats and Republicans; but its real allegiance is not to either of America’s major political parties. The Deep State’s real allegiance is to the goal of establishing a New World Order whereby the concept of “national sovereignty” no longer exists on the face of the earth. Globalism is its ideology. Usurpation is its methodology. Power is its purpose. Egalitarian tyranny is its ultimate desire.

Why Trump Is Feared by the Deep State

A world-bending revolution is upon us. The old order is collapsing, and the elites and institutions of the Deep State now sense it. They see quite clearly that if Trump’s policies are implemented into law in America, their positions of power and prestige will be greatly diminished. Thus we can expect members of the Deep State to fight back against the Trumpian Revolution in any way they can. This will include egregious smears in the media, relentless legal opposition in the courts, and if such means fail, then quite possibly assassination.

Trump’s Four Pillars of Reform are what threaten the Deep State so powerfully. They are: 1) radical immigration reform, 2) rational trade policy reform, 3) serious tax and regulation reduction, and 4) restoration of a “mind-our-own-business” foreign policy.

1) Immigration Policy. The power elites of the Deep State vigorously support open borders and the importation of illegal immigrants into America. This is because 90% of illegals will vote for the Democrat Party, which is the more enthusiastic supporter of globalism. Not that Republican elites are not globalists also, but the Democrat Party is a veritable coven of them, while small amounts of nationalists still exist in the GOP.

2) Trade Policy. The power elites vehemently oppose rational trade policy reform because they want America to remain involved in extensive “multi-lateral trade treaties” such as the WTO and the TPP, which will reduce American sovereignty and help pave the way for our evolution into globalism.

3) Tax and Regulatory Reform. The power elites oppose substantive tax and regulatory reduction because they oppose capitalism. They believe that capitalist free-markets are dangerous and must be controlled by a highly centralized government. Confiscatory taxes and oppressive regulations are tools to bring about this control.

4) Foreign Policy Reform. The power elites of the Deep State are horrified by Trump’s “mind-our-own-business” foreign policy because they believe that America must use its military and dollar supremacy positions among nations to achieve American hegemony over the Middle East, Europe, Russia and Asia. This will allow American elites to control the globalist implementation efforts toward one-world government. Our power elites are mostly neoconservatives who have, since the collapse of the USSR in the early 1990s, been seeking hegemony wherever in the world they can gain it.

This compulsive pursuit of hegemony has led to the Deep State’s intervention into Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and most dangerously into Ukraine (e.g., the Kiev coup of February 2014 and its attempt to swing Ukraine into the camp of NATO so as to put missiles right on the Russian border). World hegemony is the major obsession driving the Deep State elites, which is why Trump’s nominee for Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, is so appalling to them. He signals that Trump intends to end their pursuit of hegemony over Russia. Such pursuit is insanity and driving us closer and closer to WW III with Putin. Trump and Tillerson, however, offer us a chance to bring back common sense to our foreign policy.

The Major Ideological Divisions Confronting Us

There are three major ideological divisions today that we can use to explain the battle going on between the Deep State elites and the American people. They are:

1)  Globalism vs. Nationalism
2)  Collectivism vs. Individualism
3)  Statism vs. Capitalism.

The Deep State is comprised of the left-side ideologies of globalism, collectivism, and statism. The American people support the right-side ones of nationalism, individualism, and capitalism. For the past 85 years Washington has been dominated by the left-side ideologies. But the election of Donald Trump has produced a formidable challenge to this nexus of power that runs the Imperial City. Those who advocate the right-side ideologies have been sent to Washington by the voters. And their leader is a man who does not back down.

How this will play out will unfold in the next four years. This is a revolution the likes of which we have not seen since 1932 and the election of FDR. Hopefully it will be in the opposite direction of Roosevelt’s New Deal, which was an extension of the globalist take-over of our monetary system in 1913 along with imposition of a federal income tax. The Fed and the income tax are the two institutions that gave the left-side ideologies their ability to subvert the American Republic. In essence the Deep State had its origin in 1913 with enactment of the Federal Reserve, and passage of the 16th Amendment (income tax) and the 17th Amendment (direct election of senators).

Is the Deep State a Conspiracy?

Some American patriots conceive of the Deep State as monolithic, i.e., purposefully integrated with all its members secretly conspiring to institute a one-world government.  So is the Deep State a conspiracy? Yes and no.

It’s important to understand that the Deep State is definitely unified and possessed of specific conspiratorial elements within its ranks (e.g., the CIA and NSA often coordinate to accomplish criminal goals). But this unity consists of, and is driven by, IDEOLOGY. The Deep State itself is not a coordinated conspiracy. But because its power elites share a kindred ideology, it allows their array of unconnected institutions to move in the same direction toward world collectivism. This makes them appear to be conspirators all working together. But they are “conspirators” only in the sense that they all wish to impose the ideology of  globalism upon America. Their unity consists of the fact they have all been taught that capitalism is evil and must be replaced with an amorphous statism in which a centralized world government rules over humanity.

The Perilous Threat to Trump

Since President Trump has emphatically denounced the Deep State in all his campaign speeches and again on Inauguration Day in his blunt challenge to the power elites who sat squirming on the podium behind him, the die has been cast. There is no room for compromise. Trump will either triumph dramatically or fail disastrously. He can no more join with the power elites than General Patton could have sat down with the Nazis to bring about accommodation with Hitler. And the power elites can no more give in to Trump than wolves can lie down with bulldogs. The nature of this looming fight is epic in its scope. It is fated for unmerciful tumult and either victory or defeat for the forces of good against evil.

The Deep State power elites will spend the first two years of Trump’s administration relentlessly smearing him in the media along with a blitzkrieg of court challenges to the legitimacy of his Four Pillars of Reform listed above in hopes of sabotaging his policies. If they fail at these two strategies, it is possible that they will then embark upon a third option – assassination.

If such a horrific crime were to be pursued, rogue elements in the CIA would be the instrument of lethality as they were in the death of John F. Kennedy. Trump surely realizes this, which shows us his immense courage. How many men would knowingly defy the political forces of evil in such a direct confrontation of life or death? This is what all revolutionaries are about, though, and Trump is most indubitably a revolutionary.

We can only hope that such a grisley deed does not occur. But one thing we can be certain of is that Deep State pawns in Washington – like Chuck Schumer, John Lewis, Marco Rubio, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, et al – will continue to smear and undercut Trump. He is a warrior; they are lap dogs and quislings.

Why Trump Needs to be Concerned

Our establishment media pundits will, of course, zealously condemn any possibility of assassination by the Deep State and alleged rogue CIA elements as “fevered imaginings from the tin-foil-hat crowd.”

But as I have written in The Killing of Kennedy, plenteous JFK assassination books expose countless fallacies, lies, evasions, and evidence suppression by the Federal Government and the Warren Commission. The top two books (JFK and the Unspeakable, by James Douglass and On the Trail of the Assassins, by Jim Garrison) demonstrate quite convincingly that rogue elements within the CIA and the Pentagon were the killers of Kennedy. Renowned historian, Gerald D. McKnight, cinches one’s conclusion with Breach of Trust: How the Warren Commission Failed the Nation and Why.

Why would rogue elements in the Pentagon and the CIA kill Kennedy? Because as James Douglas, shows us, Kennedy was planning to pull out of Vietnam by 1965, he wished to negotiate nuclear disarmament with Khrushchev, and he was moving to greatly restrict the CIA. This created outrage and panic among the power elites at the Pentagon and the CIA, enough so to take radical action. Douglas provides an irrefutable tapestry of evidence to validate his conclusion.

Is this so unbelievable? Not to those who read history and understand the flaws of human nature. Down through the centuries, conspiratorial coups have occurred time and again when charismatic, popular leaders threaten the authority elites of their era by shrinking their power or altering policy considered highly important by such elites. Emperors and kings have been assassinated repeatedly by their own government officials who are obsessed with power and will do anything to preserve it. The murder of John F. Kennedy was merely a modern example of the regicides that pockmark history going back to Julius Caesar’s murder by his own senators.

District Attorney, Jim Garrison, didn’t grasp all the aspects of the Deep State conspiracy to kill Kennedy. But he knew the ludicrous explanation of the “single bullet theory,” put forth so dutifully by the Warren Commission and Arlen Specter, was not ignorance. It was a cowardly cover-up by “useful idiots” of the Deep State. Only the most gullible of rubes would put any faith in such a preposterous explanation. But America is riddled with rubes among its populace, lap dogs among its punditry, and robotic globalists among its judges, prosecutors and politicians.

Jim Garrison saw what no one in the legal establishment wanted to see, and he staked his life and reputation to expose it. This took great integrity and courage. He didn’t get all the i’s dotted and all the t’s crossed in his theory about who and what the conspiracy was all about. Garrison’s prosecution was certainly flawed. But this patriot clearly saw that there was something far bigger and far more sinister than a “lone assassin” at work in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. And he did not flinch. He did not rush to defend the herd view that his legal colleagues and a cowering media submitted to. He saw that Deep State collectivists were in control of the Federal Government, that Eisenhower’s “military-industrial complex” was far more nefarious than good old Ike had imagined. And the wealth of literature on the subject since then has reinforced this conclusion in spades.

Economic fascism (corporatism) took over America during the early part of the 20th century. All astute minds in the freedom movement understand that our Republic died in 1913. It’s doubtful that Garrison grasped such ideological aspects, but he grasped the fact that neo-fascists run the Federal Government today. His message to America was this very unsettling truth. It is a whopper of a message, and we cannot save the country until it is understood.

The Deep State is far more ominous than even most conservatives imagine. All we can do is work to expose it and pray that Trump will be able to escape its monstrous infamy. Life only progresses because of prodigious and courageous revolutionaries who are willing to challenge the powers that be, often at great risk to themselves. Donald Trump is such a man. In comparison our media pundits at CNN, the major networks, the New York Times and the Washington Post come off as precisely what they are – “useful idiots” of the Deep State.

And, if friends, associates, or members of the Deep State are unsuccessful to push or prod an unstable wannabe to do their dirty deed in order to get back on track, then there can always be Lee Harvey Oswald Jr.
Too much truth for many. Obviously your first rater is either brainwashed, braindead, or a "familiar" of the Deep State's vampiric empire.

One thing, though, that you forgot to mention about the MIC. You wrote, "The power elites of the Deep State are horrified by Trump’s “mind-our-own-business” foreign policy because they believe that America must use its military and dollar supremacy positions among nations to achieve American hegemony...." That's true, but perhaps equally important is the fact that they make massive amounts of money from war, conflict, instability--from selling arms to collecting fees (bribery/blackmail) to making themselves sweetheart deals (that can't be refused, so to speak) through their economic hitmen. "Hegemony" is not some philosophical belief system, it's simply a way of gaining power, control, and wealth and maintaining them.
