Powell, are you serious here? The smoking gun is that the CME has stated that central banks and governments
use futures contracts? Seriously, Zero Hedge discloses this fact by reading a 10k filing? Like this is some fantastic news
unknown to man and Zero Hedge is heroic in reporting this?

this month. The notion that the longs will take delivery is a hysterical declaration without merit or
premise. It can not occur based on CFTC18.04.
Also holding a short contract does not obligate one to deliver a given commodity.
