AUSTRALIAN AFFILIATE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES DUAL LISTING ON TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE

Tri Origin Exploration Ltd. (the ?Company?) (TOE: TSX-V) is pleased to announce that its Australian affiliate, Tri Origin Minerals Ltd. doing business in Canada under the registered business name TriAusMin has been admitted to the Toronto Stock Exchange (?TSX?) and has dual listed its ordinary shares on the TSX under the symbol ?TOR?. 

TriAusMin operates a number of advanced exploration and development-ready base and precious metals projects within the highly prospective Lachlan Fold Belt of New South Wales, Australia. 

The Company congratulates TriAusMin on the completion of its listing on the TSX ? a significant corporate milestone which has potential to enhance TriAusMin?s value and expose it to a substantial, new resource-oriented marketplace.  As part of its TSX listing, TriAusMin successfully raised $1.6 million through a private placement financing led by Toronto based investment bank, Paradigm Capital Inc.
