Issue of Equity

Bonus Warrant Exercise Update

The Directors of Alexander announce that they have issued and allotted 15,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company following the exercise of broker warrants held by Cornhill Capital Limited at 0.1p per share.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the new shares there are 876,910,288 ordinary shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. An application has been made for the new shares to commence trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 27 July 2016.

Bonus Warrant Exercise Update

Further to the announcement made by Alexander on 20 May 2016, the Company expects to announce the results of the bonus warrant exercise on 29 July 2016 with the allotment of new shares due to shareholders expected to occur on 3 August 2016.
