LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Oct 26, 2015) - Anglo Pacific Group PLC (TSX: APY) (LSE: APF) TSX: APY News Release October 26, 2015 Anglo Pacific Group PLC Response to share price movement Anglo Pacific Group PLC ("Anglo Pacific", or the "Company") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY), the London and Toronto listed royalty company, notes the recent weakness in the Company's share price and would like to advise the market that it is not aware of any undisclosed reason for this decline. Anglo Pacific believes that the large volume of shares traded recently is due to index-fund selling as a result of the Company's move from a "premium listing (commercial company)" to a "standard listing" on October 16, 2015. As previously announced on August 26, 2015, the Company will pay the interim dividend for 2015 of 4.00p per share on February 4, 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on November 27, 2015.
