Further to its News Release dated June 27, 2016, Playfair Mining is pleased to announce that it has increased the amount of its non-brokered private placement from $750,000 to $785,000.

Completion of the private placement is subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to resale restrictions under applicable securities legislation.
