(News - Market indicators) ("Celeste" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Mr. Max Missiouk as an interim CFO of the Company. Mr. Missiouk is a Certified Management Accountant and has a graduate degree with honours in Banking and Finance, as well as a postgraduate degree in Management. Mr. Missiouk has served as a controller and as an accounting manager in a number of public and private companies over the last several years.
Alan Shoesmith, the CEO of Celeste, commented, "I am pleased that Mr. Missiouk has agreed to join Celeste at this crucial point of our development. This is an important addition to the Company's management team. The Company also announces the grant of 300,000 options to Mr. Missiouk and 200,000 options to Richard Kelertas, who has recently joined the board of Celeste on March 15, 2013. The exercise price of the stock options shall be $0.10 per common share and they shall be exercisable until March 25th, 2018, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the stock options agreement between the corporation and Mr. Missiouk.
