Jakarta, August 28, 2015 - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (Antam; ASX - ATM; IDX - ANTM) is pleased to announce that the Company has received top score of A - Very Good during the Indonesia Good Corporate Governance Award 2015 (IGCGA-2015) in the mining category. ANTAM also received the Special Award at the event. The awards were presented to ANTAM's Development Director, Johan NB Nababan by IPMI Public Relations Director Dana Afriza in IPMI International Business School on August 26, 2015.

ANTAM's Development Director, Johan NB Nababan said:
"These awards recognise our effort in the consistent implementation of Good Corporate Governance practices. In addition to good mining practices implementation, we are aware of the importance of good corporate governance implementation to ensure a successful business operation."

The assessment of IGCGA 2015 results were divided into 3 categories: Very Good (A, score = 85), Good (B = 75-85), and Fair (C = 60 -75). ANTAM received a score of above 90 and received the Special Award which were given to twelve companies scoring above 90.

The judging process of IGCGA 2015 was conducted in an objective and fair manner by a competent and independent jury having expertise corporate governance practices.

Indonesia Good Corporate Governance Award 2015 is the highest appreciation event to companies with best GCG implementation in Indonesia. The event was conducted by Economic Review, IPMI, Sinergi Daya Prima, and Indonesia Asia Institute - Ideku Group.
