International Enexco Appoints Two New
Directors

24, 2008 (Vancouver, British Columbia) International Enexco Inc.
("IEC.TSX.V") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr.
Arthur (Art) Small and Dr. William (Bill) Willoughby to its Board of
Directors. "These Gentlemen bring a wealth of mine planning and
development expertise to International Enexco" commented Arnold
Armstrong, President & CEO of International Enexco Ltd. "We plan
to bring our Nevada Contact copper property into production in a timely
manner and the combined experiences of these gentlemen is greatly
assisting us in this process".
Mr. Small and Dr. Willoughby manage the Contact project for Enexco as
well as other Enexco precious and base metal properties regionally.
International Enexco currently has 39 full and part time employees
working at its Contact property including its own drill crews which
operate the Company's two drill rigs. Upon completion of the current
infill drill program the Company plans to immediately commission a
Pre-Feasibility Study at Contact. The 18,000 meter infill program, which
includes obtaining material for metallurgical tests, is 85% complete. The
Company anticipates completion of the infill drill program by August,
2008. The rigs will then be used to explore expansion targets at Contact
as well as other Enexco properties in Nevada.
Art Small has been the Chief Project Manager at the Contact property
since August, 2006. Mr. Small holds a B.SC. in Geology from
Colorado State University, and has done extensive work with Exxon
Minerals Co. and TeckCominco. In his 30+ years in the Mining industry 15
years was spent in exploration and pre- development; Mr. Small has
performed geologic work doing drill project supervision, geophysical
programs, surveying, claim staking, and property evaluation in Copper,
Uranium and Gold. His vast experience has taken Mr. Small from Nevada to
Mexico, Chile and Argentina.
Bill Willoughby has been Enexco's Manager of Engineering & Mine
Development since February, 2007, and holds a PhD in Mining Engineering
as MS and BS degrees in Geological Engineering from the University of
Idaho. Prior to joining Enexco, Dr. Willoughby spent the last 17
years of his 29 year career with TeckCominco, and has been involved in a
variety of regional mines and mineral projects including underground and
open pit mines, base and precious metals, industrial minerals and coal.
