Title: BacTech - Online Access for US Investors to the CNSX

To All Our US Followers,

I have had the pleasure to meet with many new American investors over the past 6 months at investment shows in Chicago and most recently San Francisco. In addition we continue to receive inquiries on a weekly basis from the US through our web site. As many of you know we trade on the Canadian National Stock Exchange in Canada. The CNSX was created as an alternative to the TSX Venture Exchange here in Canada several years ago and it is a functioning stock exchange and should not be confused with the Bulletin Board or the "Pink Sheets" in the US. We still are governed by the Ontario Securities Commission and must submit quarterly and annual results in the same fashion as everyone else. With that said I have heard your frustration with obtaining access to the CNSX from the US especially those who trade online.

Below is a response to my inquiry from a group called Penntrade who, through an agreement with Canaccord Capital here in Canada, can offer online access to US investors. Yes, you will have to open an account with them but their claim is they can access "any stock on any exchange in Canada"

If anyone uses this service I would appreciate any feedback, positive or negative. This doesn't solve our problem but it is a step in the right direction. Unfortunately the onus falls on you the investor to open an account with Penntrade. If you think we are worthy as an investment it hopefully is a small inconvenience to obtain ownership in our exciting story.

Two different ways to trade:

1) broker-assisted trading through Pennaluna & Company, which gives people the convenience of dealing with a broker at discount commission rates.

2) the other way to trade, for people who are comfortable with the Internet and with doing their own trading, is self service electronic trading through our online arm at PennTrade.com.
