| | |
|
The Company is pleased to report that on December 18th 2015 the BC Securities Commission (BCSC) revoked its Cease Trade Order that was issued on October 7th 2015 under Section 164 of the Securities Act (1996) that halted trading of the Company's shares until the Company filed the required records. The required Cascadero Copper documents were filed on SEDAR on December 17th 2015 and are marked 'AMENDED AND RESTATED'.
The Company is preparing its Reinstatement Document as a Tier 2 Issuer as required by the TSXV Exchange (the 'Exchange'). The Company will provide evidence that supports its view that it is in compliance with the Exchanges' Tier 2 Continued Listing Requirement (CLR), which should enable the shares of the Company to be reinstated for trading.
