MAX BEGINS 6,000 FOOT MOLYBDENUM DRILL PROGRAM, GOLD HILL PROJECT, ALASKA
- Gold Hill Molybdenum Project (8,520 Acres) is Located 212 Miles North Northeast of Anchorage (Only Five Miles Off All-Weather Denali Highway)
- Follow Up to Prior Drilling by New Alaska Syndicate (Cities Services Minerals & Dome Mines Ltd.) that Intersected Significant Molybdenum
- Best of Previous Drill Holes Intersected Quartz-Molybdenum +/- Copper Grading 536 Feet of 0.048% MoS2, starting at surface, With a Higher Grade Interval from 350-500 of 0.094% MoS2 *
- This Area Has Never Been Followed Up With Modern Exploration and Contains a Significant Magnetic Anomaly that Coincides With the Mineralization. Previous Drilling Never Tested this Magnetic Feature and the Surrounding Sedimentary Rocks. Further, Six of These Drill Holes Bottomed in Mineralization and Were Never Drilled to Test the Contact Between the Magnetic Intrusive and the Sedimentary Host.

Dear Friends:
MAX has made a major commitment to exploring for uranium and molybdenum in the USA, including the desert states of New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada, but also in mineral-rich Alaska. (The Company also has an important uranium project in northern Canada and is looking for other quality projects worldwide.) MAXs Gold Hill Project is attractive for a number of reasons. First and foremost, it is a molybdenum project; one of the worlds most sought after metals. Second, unlike many Alaskan projects which are extremely remote, Gold Hill is just five miles off the Denali Highway. Stuart Rogers, President of MAX, and Clancy Wendt, the Companys VP Exploration , who makes his home in Nevada, have clearly recognized the many exploration opportunities available in the USA. (They have listed their company on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol MXROF to make it easier for Americans to trade in the stock.) Uranium and molybdenum are important metals for American industry and MAX is committed to being a supplier of those strategic resources to the USA the worlds largest economy.
Regards,
Nick L. Nicolaas
