Blastrite withdraws application for interim relief - MRC awarded costs
Further to the release on 15 December 2014, Mineral Commodities Limited ("MRC" or "the Company") advises that following the hearing in the High Court of South Africa (Western Cape Division, Cape Town) on 19 December 2014, Blastrite Proprietary Limited ("Blastrite") withdrew its application to seek interim relief.
The Court also ordered that Blastrite shall pay MRC's costs occasioned by the application for interim relief.
Blastrite's application for final relief is enrolled for hearing on Wednesday 25 February
2015 and Thursday 26 February 2015. As per the application for interim relief, MRC will proceed to strenuously oppose the application.
The existing garnet offtake agreement and the supply of garnet concentrate pursuant to that agreement continues unabated.
