Andrew Bell, Chairman, states: 'We owe an enormous debt of gratitude to John Watkins, who has been a director since before our listing in 2005. His assistance with accounting and with the preparation of the annual reports in the early days went far beyond the call of duty. As he began to reduce his commitments, we knew that this day would come, and now as we end the financial year he has decided that the time is right to step down. We have however found a worthy replacement in Sam Quinn, whose legal skills and experience of the sector mean that we retain an appropriate balance of professional expertise among the non-executive members of our board. His mining sector experience, legal and corporate finance skills, and London-based investor network will assist the Company as it moves to the next phase of its development.
The appointment of Scott Kaintz as an Executive Director recognises his work as Corporate Finance Manager. We welcome these two new members to the board.'
