BOLIDEN, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News: Boliden’s (BOL.ST)(TSX:BLS) 2014 Annual Report and GRI Report are now available at www.boliden.com. It has been an eventful year for Boliden during which we have, amongst other things, celebrated the Group’s 90th anniversary and inaugurated the new facilities at Garpenberg – today the world’s most efficient underground mine. “Boliden’s current position is not about coincidences and chance: it is the result of advance planning, taking a long-term view, and the contributions of an extremely dedicated workforce. This is the spirit in which we will continue to work and we look forward to yet another interesting and challenging year,” says Boliden’s President & CEO, Lennart Evrell in his President’s statement. The Annual Report not only presents the financial results for 2014, but also describes the Group’s goals and strategy. The Report also aims, by means of explanatory texts, pictures and illustrations, to increase public understanding of Boliden’s value chain and operations. This year’s Annual Report too is integrated with the Group’s Sustainability Report, which features a presentation of Boliden’s zero tolerance philosophy for accidents involving individuals and the environment. |
