Resignation of Director

Vancouver, BC, Canada; December 19, 2013 - Columbus Exploration Corporation (CLX: TSX-V) (formerly Columbus Silver Corporation) announces that Joel Schuster has resigned as a director effective December 16, 2013 to concentrate on his other business commitments. The board wishes to extend its thanks and appreciation to Mr. Schuster for his contributions.
