Axiom Mining Limited ('Axiom' or 'the Company') is pleased to advise that the consolidation of
Axiom's capital, on the basis of one share for every fifteen existing shares, has been completed.
The consolidation was approved by shareholders at Axiom's Annual General Meeting on 31 March
2015.
The effect of the consolidation on Axiom's capital structure is as follows:
