SETTLEMENT OF GALOC PRODUCTION COMPANY WLL TRANSACTION COMPLETED
Nido Petroleum Limited (ASX:NDO) ('Nido' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that all remaining conditions with respect to the transaction have been finalised and the Company has completed its acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in Galoc Production Company WLL.
Following completion the Company via its wholly owned subsidiaries, Nido Production (Galoc) Pty Ltd and the Galoc Production Company WLL, holds a combined 55.88 per cent working interest in the Galoc oil field, located in Service Contract 14C1 in the Philippines.
