Court of Appeal hearing date confirmed
The Solomon Islands Court of Appeal confirmed that the Isabel nickel deposit civil appeal case was listed for hearing for nine days from 26 May 2015 to 5 June 2015.
Axiom Mining CEO Mr Ryan Mount said he was pleased that the hearing date was confirmed however company's focus remained on exploration and development for the Isabel Nickel Project.
"Having the hearing date set does provide some clarity for our corporate planning.
"Here on the ground in Solomon Islands, we are encouraged by the progress of our project team and we look forward to presenting these results shortly."
