Canadian Royalties Creates In-house Investor Relations Department
Montreal, Quebec � June 30, 2008 - Canadian Royalties Inc. (TSX: CZZ) (www.canadianroyalties.com) today announced the addition of Marc Chaput as VP, Investor Relations and Communications, and Val�rie Hasik, as Manager, Investor Relations.
Marc Chaput was most recently employed as a Senior Manager with Laurentian Bank Private Banking, and previously with BMO Nesbitt Burns. His prior experience includes a role as Investor Relations Manager with a Vancouver-based technology startup, and several marketing and communications positions with large multinational organizations, notably Hewlett-Packard, Schneider Electric Industries and Thomson Corp. He will report to the CEO.
Valerie Hasik was most recently employed as a marketing consultant with Vision Strat�gie Marketing Inc. and previously worked as an exploration geologist with Inco and Falconbridge.
About Canadian Royalties and the Nunavik Nickel Project
Canadian Royalties has initiated the development of an independent, stand-alone nickel-copper mine on its Nunavik Nickel Project, located 20 kilometres south of Xstrata Nickel's Raglan Mine in Nunavik, Qu�bec. Canadian Royalties has now received its Environmental Certificate of Authorization and is proceeding with construction.
