Director Acquisition of Shares
Centamin announces the following acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R:
Mr Mark Arnesen, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 34,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 September 2015 at a price of 58.2 pence per share. The transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange.
The total shareholding for Mr Arnesen is now 49,000 ordinary shares or 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
