Dr. Lawrence Dick resigns as Director and V.P. Exploration
Vancouver, British Columbia, May 25, 2007: Continuum Resources Ltd (TSXV:CNU) reports that Dr. Lawrence Dick has resigned as Vice President of Exploration and as a Director of the Company in order to focus his efforts on Evolving Gold Corp., of which he is President. Dr. Dick will remain as a consultant and as the Company's Qualified Person or "QP" under National Instrument 43-101 for a period of six months unless the Company appoints a replacement in that time.
Dr. Dick has been with the Company since February 2002 and is primarily responsible for building the Company's mineral asset portfolio which includes interests in the past-producing Natividad Mine and San Jose Mine. In addition, Dr. Dick was instrumental in negotiating the current joint venture on the San Jose Mine with Fortuna Silver Mines Ltd. The Board wishes to thank Dr. Dick for his contributions to the Company's development and wishes him every success in the future.
