Copper Ridge Exploration Season Underway
=======================================================================
News Release 11/2008
Vancouver, BC, June 25, 2008 -- Copper Ridge Explorations Inc. ("Copper
Ridge" or the "Company") announces that exploration has commenced on
two of its projects. On the Babine copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry
project, field crews are carrying out geological mapping and soil
geochemical sampling and are completing a 90 km Induced Polarization
(IP) survey. On the Joss'alun copper massive sulphide project, Lomiko
Resources Inc. ("Lomiko" --- TSX-V: LMR) has announced that an airborne
geophysical survey is underway. In addition, the Company has contracted
with Geotech Ltd. for a deep penetrating airborne Versatile Time-Domain
Electromagnetic (VTEM) survey over its Clear Lake zinc-lead-silver
massive sulphide project. This survey is expected to be completed in
the next few weeks.
Babine Project, BC: This project includes the road accessible Nak and
Dorothy porphyry deposits (see News Releases dated May 6, 2007 and
August 9, 2007), located near Babine Lake north of Smithers, B.C., plus
a number of adjoining claims staked by Copper Ridge. On the Nak
property, historical drilling has included 107 core holes for a total
of 15,629 m. In late 2007, crews established a 90 kilometer survey grid
over an area of 40 square kilometers encompassing both the Nak and
Dorothy deposits. An IP survey is now underway. Initial results suggest
that the Nak deposit is open for significant expansion to the south,
where the highest copper and gold values have been obtained in
historical drilling. The Company also anticipates that the survey may
demonstrate a connection between Nak and the Dorothy porphyry deposit,
some 6 km to the south. The Company has the right to earn a 100%
interest in both the Nak and Dorothy deposits under two separate option
agreements.
Joss'alun Project, BC: Lomiko has announced that a 561 km airborne
AeroTEM II magnetic-electromagnetic survey is underway on the Joss'alun
project, near Atlin, BC. The target at Joss'alun is a copper-rich
massive sulphide deposit hosted by volcanic rocks, with accompanying
footwall stringer mineralization. Copper mineralization on the
Joss'alun property is relatively widespread with four main showings.
Drilling is planned for later in the season to test targets defined by
the survey. The property is owned 100% by Copper Ridge and is under
option to Lomiko, whereby Lomiko has the right to earn up to a 60%
interest.
Clear Lake, Yukon: Clear Lake is a barite associated, sediment hosted
massive sulphide deposit that occurs within Selwyn Basin, one of the
largest known zinc-lead provinces in the world. The Yukon Geological
Survey Minfile database reports a "geological reserve" of 5,570,114
tonnes with an average grade of 11.4% zinc, 2.0% lead and 38.01 gpt
silver. (This resource is quoted here for historical information and it
is not being treated as a current reserve or resource by the Company.
The term "geological reserve" is not compliant with current accepted
reserve and resource classifications as set forth by the Canadian
Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Definition Standards. The reader is
cautioned that it does not conform to National Instrument 43-101
requirements for reporting reserves and resources. It has not been
verified by the issuer's qualified person and should not be relied
upon.) Zinc-lead rich lenses are 5 to 30 m thick, 450 m in length,
extend at least 300 m down dip and occur within a pyritic massive
sulphide body that is sigmoidal in shape, approximately 1,000 m in
length and up to 120 m wide. The known massive sulphide body presents
an excellent electromagnetic conductor. The VTEM survey is designed to
detect mineralization similar to the Clear Lake deposit along strike or
at depth. Drilling is planned for later in the summer. The Company has
the right to earn a 100% interest in Clear Lake (see News Release dated
January 25, 2008).

The Company's exploration philosophy focuses on maximizing the
potential for success in a high-risk business. With grass roots mineral
exploration, where the entry cost is low but the potential reward can
be very high, success will be contingent on exploration skill and on
carefully managed risk. Our management team brings tenacity, technical
skill and experience, all crucial ingredients for discovery. By
exploring a broad array of projects, focusing on the right commodities,
in areas of high mineral potential and in mining-friendly jurisdictions
and by sharing the risks on some projects with joint venture partners,
the Company is exposing its shareholders to a greater chance for
discovery.
