Vancouver, Canada -- Tasman Metals Ltd. ("Tasman" or the "Company") (TSXV:TSM) (Frankfurt:T61) (Pinksheets:TASXF). Mr Mark Saxon, President & CEO, announces the Company has filed a registration statement on Form 40-F with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, pursuant to section 13 of the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934. It is the Company's intention to seek listing of its common shares on a stock exchange in the United States while continuing its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
