TORONTO (AP) _ Franco-Nevada Corp. (FNV) on Monday reported second-quarter earnings of $21.6 million.
The Toronto-based company said it had profit of 14 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 15 cents per share.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 15 cents per share.
The precious metals streaming and royalty company posted revenue of $109.4 million in the period.
Franco-Nevada shares have dropped 12 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $43.06, a decrease of 26 percent in the last 12 months.
