Grant of Stock Options

May 3, 2010 - Bridgewater, NS - Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (TSXV: SSE) is pleased to announce that it has granted 2,925,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.12 per share to directors and employees of Silver Spruce. These options shall expire on April 27, 2015 if not exercised prior to that date. The issuance of the options is subject to all necessary approvals by the TSX Venture Exchange.
