Brett Resources Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange - BBR) is pleased to announce the engagement of Wani Capital Corp. ("Wani") of Calgary, Alberta, as the firm's strategic investor communications provider. Wani Capital Corp. specializes with small cap companies in building and maintaining relations with the investment community. The principal of Wani Capital Corp. is Raju Wani. Brett Resources will pay Wani a monthly fee of $5,000 for professional services and has granted 200,000 stock options to Raju Wani at a price of $0.89 per share vesting in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange guidelines. The contract is for a one-year term. Wani holds no interest, directly, or indirectly in Brett Resources.
