Fortune Valley Resources Hires Investor Relations Manager

Vancouver, British Columbia -- October 24, 2007 -- Fortune Valley
Resources Inc. (TSX-V:FVX) ("Fortune Valley" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that it has employed Karen Robb as Manager of
Investor Relations. The employment is for a one-year term and Ms. Robb
will be paid a salary of $32,500. Ms. Robb will be responsible for
marketing and shareholder communications, promotional materials, mining
conferences, website management and all other tasks relating to the
promotion of the Company. The Company has agreed to grant Ms. Robb a
stock option to purchase up to 50,000 common shares of the Company at
an exercise price of $0.45 per share with a 5 year expiry term and an
18 month vesting period. Other than stock options, Ms. Robb does not
own any securities of the Company, nor does she have any direct or
indirect interest in the Company.
The Company also announces the grant of stock options to consultants
and employees of the Company to acquire up to 155,000 common shares at
a price of $ 0.45 per share with 5 year expiry term and an 18 month
vesting period according to the terms of the Company's Stock Option
Plan.
The grant of the aforementioned stock options is subject to the
approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
