To all of our Shareholders and Stakeholders

Please be informed that the Management Information Circular for the Annual General Meeting and Special Meeting of Shareholders have been filed today in SEDAR. You can find it at www.sedar.com  at the link http://www.sedar.com/DisplayCompanyDocuments.do?lang=EN&issuerNo=00021551

At the meeting the shareholders will be asked to consider a resolution for voluntary liquidation of the Company. We strongly recommend you to read carefully the terms of the proposal.

The meeting will be held on June 17, 2013 at 10.00 a.m. (Vancouver time), at room 1420-1430 (Segal Centre) at Harbor Centre, 515 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
