CALGARY , Dec. 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Jasper Mining Corporation ("Jasper") (JSP.V) today announced that at its annual meeting of shareholders held on December 3, 2014 , each of the four nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated October 31, 2014 , were elected as directors. 31.27% of the shareholders of Jasper voted in person or by proxy at the meeting.
