Late Announcement of Appendix 3Y

Cooper Energy Limited advises that the Appendix 3Y issued by the Company today in relation to a change in David Maxwell's interests on 2 January 2015, was issued outside the prescribed time period under the ASX Listing Rules as the result of an administrative oversight over the holiday period.
