APPROVE SHEFFIELD � NEVORO ARRANGEMENT

Corp. (�ISS�), Canada�s leading independent proxy advisory firm,
published a report to its subscribers which recommends that ISS
clients vote �FOR� approval of the Plan of Arrangement between
Sheffield and Nevoro Inc.

Sheffield�s
Directors have unanimously determined that the Plan of Arrangement is fair
to and in the best interests of Sheffield�s shareholders. Accordingly the
Board recommends that Sheffield shareholders vote in favour of the
transaction at the Annual and Special Meeting, which will be held at 10:00
a.m. (Vancouver time) on Friday July 25, 2008 at the Metropolitan Hotel,
645 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC. Shareholders can vote by phone, internet or
mail and instructions can be found in the Management Information Circular
dated June 26, 2008 sent to securityholders and available on the SEDAR
website at www.sedar.com. Proxies must
be received no later than 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) on July 23, 2008.
