Dear
Shareholders,
This letter
will up date you on three important matters:
1. Namex's
Founders, James Hess and Rosemary Christensen, were recently interviewed on
IDNR-TV's "Face the Analyst", hosted by Jay Taylor, editor and publisher since
1980 of "J. Taylor's Gold & Technical Stocks Newsletter". To see this interview, go to www.namex-explorations.com - left
hand side of the home page under updates or you may go directly to www.idnrtv.com.
2. A matter
of extreme importance to you and your company. Your participation!
Namex had to postpone its annual meeting due to a lack
of outsider shareholder votes. Some
45% of all shareholders voted, however, the majority of those who voted do not
count as according to the TSX-V regulations the votes of officers, directors,
insiders and interested parties are disqualified when it comes to stock option
programs. Not enough of the
outsider shareholders voted to provide the necessary approval for the stock
option plan. Consequently the
meeting was postponed to Friday, May 16, 2008. A second mailing of proxy and voting
materials has been sent so please participate by voting at your earliest
convenience if you have not already done so.
Why is the option plan so important? Namex pays no salaries to its executives
and management. The option plan
assures that this group of individuals participates in the company's equity and,
in keeping with company policy they do not sell shares received through the
exercise of options while still with the company. Management has, when necessary between
placements, requested option holders to exercise their options to raise monies
to enable the company to meet its current obligations. Obviously, Namex's professional and
technical teams are paid for days worked at agreed to fees and for their
expenses.
Also, it is most important that you keep us up to date
with your addresses - mail and email - phone and fax numbers so that we can
efficiently communicate with you.
Please remember to visit www.namex-explorations.com as all
current news is posted.
3. You will
shortly receive an up date on this year's exploration program covering all four
of the Ontario
properties. Your management and
technical teams envision a very exciting and meaningful exploration season for
Namex in 2008.
No matter your shareholding size, I am always available
to speak to you by phone, fax, and email.
Sincerely
yours,
(Signed)
James W. Hess
President
