Lluvia de Oro Mine Update
TSX Venture Exchange - Symbol: COL - Shares Outstanding: 94,970,527
Stacked Material - Slightly more than 100,000 tonnes of crushed ore has now been placed on the second lift of the new heap. The crusher has nearly completed its second 50-meter pass across the transverse dimension of the heap. Six or seven passes will be required to cover the entire length of the heap.
Adjacent Deposits - Exploration work continued on the El Pozo and nearby prospects consisting of trenching and sampling. Some encouraging assay results were received from an outside laboratory, but a backlog of samples is accumulating at the Mine Laboratory. No further ore was trucked to the crusher pending resolution of this matter.

Leaching - Leach pipe has been laid over about 75% of the stacked material. The most recent work covered about 4,000 sq.m. The increased dosage of descalant referred to in an earlier report has been successful in reducing scaling of emitters.
ADR Plant - Operations continued normally including start-up adjustments to the process.
Pregnant solution continues to be applied to the carbon in the columns at approximately 350 USGPM. There have been four caustic/cyanide strips of high-grade pregnant solution from the loaded carbon during August.
SART Copper Recovery Plant - Recent work has concentrated on operator training. A group of contract electricians from Hermosillo has arrived to complete the electrical installations.
Espaol
