Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with unusual option activity on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.
Xerox (XRX): About 46,000 October 12 calls traded for $0.16. Volume was below open interest, which suggests half a bullish call spread cited on our premium InsideOptions Pro Activity Log was closed. The trader is now positioned for unlimited upside in the imaging stock. XRX fell 0.87 percent to $10.22.
Consol Energy (CNX): About 17,000 September 13 puts were sold for $0.39 to $0.53 as investors bet downside will be limited in the oil and coal stock. CNX rose 1.95 percent to $14.67. (See full post here )
