Bell Options Outland Silver Bar Property to Glen Hawk Minerals Ltd.

Vancouver, British Columbia: Bell Resources Corporation (the "Bell" or the "Company") (TSX-V Symbol: BL) announces that further to the Company's strategic plan to focus on Copper assets in the Americas, the Company has signed a Binding Letter of Intent with Glen Hawk Minerals Ltd. ("GHM") to provide GHM with an option to earn a 60% interest in Bell's interest in the Outland Silver Bar Property situated in North West British Columbia (the "Property").

Pursuant to an option agreement with the owners of the Property (the "Underlying Option Agreement") Bell has the right to earn a 100% interest in the Property subject to a 2% NSR, 50% of which Bell can purchase for $1 million or such lesser percent as it wishes to on a pro rata basis. In accordance with the Letter of Intent with GMH, Bell has agreed to provide GHM with the option to acquire a 60% interest in Bell's rights as provided for in the Underlying Option Agreement on the following basis:

GHM will issue 600,000 common shares to Bell (200,000 upon regulatory approval and 200,000 on the 1st anniversary date, and 200,000 on 2nd anniversary date).
GHM will assume the terms of the Underlying Option Agreement that includes cash payments of $27,500 to each of the two underlying property owners by October 12, 2008.

GHM will be required to complete work programs of $133,000 in cumulative expenditures by October 20, 2008; and $150,000 in cumulative expenditures by October 20, 2009.

On September 4, 2007, Bell announced it had entered into a proposed business combination with Rogue River Resources Corp., a non-reporting company ("Rogue River") and Grandcru Resources Corporation ("Grandcru") (TSXV:GR), whereby the three companies will amalgamate to form one company and collectively benefit from the exploration potential of Bell and Grandcru's copper exploration assets and the near term production potential of Rogue River's La Balsa project.

Bell Resources is focused on the exploration and development of a diversified portfolio of North American base metal projects, with the most advanced being the past-producing Granduc Mine.
