Golden Harp Resources provides exploration update

     VANCOUVER, May 28 /CNW/ - Golden Harp Resources Inc. (TSXV:GHR) today
announced that exploration programs are well underway for the summer season at
its 100% owned Copper Hill precious and base metal project, located
approximately 100 km due south of Timmins between Shining Tree and Gowganda,
Northern Ontario.
     The summer program consists primarily of target generation work along the
strike extension of the Golden Sylvia Gold Zone, a gold bearing iron
formation, with projected strike of 20 km; and further evaluation of the
Copper Hill base metal target. Approximately 90 km of induced polarization
(IP) geophysical surveying and approximately 110 km of magnetic geophysical
surveying has been contracted. The survey concurrently covers the prospective
strike extensions of both the Golden Sylvia and Copper Hill Zones.
Approximately 30% of the IP survey and a substantial portion of the magnetic
survey were completed before spring breakup. The geophysical surveying has
recently resumed. Upon completion of the program, the newly acquired
geophysical data will be compiled along with historical geological data. It is
anticipated that the most prospective geophysical targets will be followed up
with mobile metal ion (MMI) geochemical surveys to ascertain priority drill
targets for drilling.
     Golden Harp Resources has also recently submitted several hundred MMI
soil geochemical samples for analysis to the laboratory to further evaluate
the southern extension of the MC Zone and the western extension of the Cook
Zone. The additional MMI samples were collected in the area where the strike
extensions of these gold-bearing zones are projected to converge. A
preliminary evaluation of both zones was completed during Golden Harp's spring
drilling campaign (12 holes, 2043 metres) which ended April 28. The Company is
still awaiting assay results from this program. It is anticipated that the
laboratory will have completed assaying all samples within the next two weeks
and results will be published in a timely fashion once they are received,
verified and compiled. The Company foresees a follow up drill program on the
MC and Cook Zones as well as other select targets across the property.
