TAKARA REPORTS COMPLETION OF SALE OF GUYANA ASSETS
Toronto, Ontario ? April 15, 2013 ? Takara Resources Inc. (?Takara? or the ?Company?) announces that the closing of the sale of the Company?s wholly-owned subsidiary, StrataGold Guyana Inc., to Alicanto Minerals Limited, an Australian company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, has been completed.
Alicanto has paid an aggregate $600,000 cash, including the payment of ongoing operating expenses of StrataGold, since December, 2012.
The Company is currently considering various opportunities and options that may be suitable in these current market conditions.
