today released the
results of an independent sampling analysis, conducted by
Met-Solve Laboratories, Inc, of Burnaby,
BC, Canada, on
the initial production target area on its War Eagle gold
project.
The independent analysis
program was conducted on the Poorman Mine tailings
sampling. The Poorman�s tailings are considered to be
the least valuable source of precious metals and are
targeted for use in the initial production at the
milling plant.
Sampling analysis indicates that the target area
contains a good percentage of gold with a majority of
free-milling silver ore in a native state, a highly
unusual and rare form. A silver ore is either
free-milling or refractory; i.e., the silver mineral is
native or a chloride / sulphide combination. The native
form is the simplest form to recover, but the least
abundant form found in typical
mines.
Mr. Pierre Quilliam, President
stated, �we were definitely surprised and pleased by the
results of the chemical analysis done on the samples
from the Poorman Mine tailings. However, the results
would explain a great deal about why there was prolific
silver production from the Poorman Mine. According to
Met-Solve Labs, the samples from the Poorman�s tailings
contain 3.3 g/ton Gold and 94.5 g/ton Silver. Since the
sample analyzed was from a random selection of tailings,
the average value in the waste reserves could be higher
than the tested samples. Based upon these sampling
results, the Poorman tailings are profitable and we look
forward to receiving future reports on the more valuable
ore from within the Poorman mine and its veins.� He further
states that the War Eagle Mountain has
numerous other tailings throughout the mining site that
will be assayed in the very near
term.
