Golden Oasis Retains Sandman Media

Vancouver, British Columbia ... Golden Oasis Exploration Corp.
(TSX-V:GOT) announces that it has retained Sandman Media Inc. to assist
the Company in its investor relations activities and to increase public
awareness of the Company and its mineral properties.
Headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., Sandman Media is a full-service
multi-media firm that provides both investor relations and multi-media
communications services to the public sector.
"We are pleased to announce that Sandman Media has been engaged to
strengthen our profile in the financial community and to enhance the
visibility of our project portfolio," noted Mr. Robert Eadie, Chief
Executive Officer and a Director of Golden Oasis. "We chose Sandman
Media because we believe they are at the forefront of the use of
technology in communication, and their multi-dimensional approach to
multi-media will help us reach our shareholders and create an awareness
with the investing public."
In consideration of the services to be provided, the Company has agreed
to pay a monthly retainer of $3,500 to Sandman for an initial period of
three months, which the Company and Sandman may extend for a period of
one year. Sandman will also be granted incentive stock options in the
amount of 100,000 shares at a price of $0.40 per share, for a period of
two years. The grant of options and the agreement with Sandman Media
are subject to regulatory approvals.
