VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ Silvercorp Metals Inc. (SVMLF) on Thursday reported a loss of $1.5 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent.
The mineral miner posted revenue of $19.4 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $6.3 million, or 4 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $107.9 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $1.89. A year ago, they were trading at $1.17.
