2013 Revenues
Selling Prices
Brent averaged $108.7 per barrel in 2013, down 3% from $111.7 in 2012. The selling price of the
Mandji and Rabi Light crude oil qualities marketed by Total Gabon averaged $104.3 per barrel in
2013, down 3% from $107.4 a year earlier.
Production
Total Gabon's equity share of operated and non-operated oil production1 averaged 46.9 thousand barrels per day (kb/d) in 2013, up 3% from the previous year's figure of 45.4 kb/d. This was mainly attributable to:
Additional production from Phase 3 of the Anguille field redevelopment. Well workovers on the Anguille, Torpille and Girelle fields.
These factors not only offset the natural decrease in production related to the maturity of the fields but also allowed an overall production growth for Total Gabon.
Revenues
Revenues amounted to $1.813 billion in 2013, 6% higher than the 2012 figure of $1.708 billion. This was driven by the increase in sales volumes (+9%), partially offset by a lower average selling price for Total Gabon crude oil grades.
The 2013 results news release will be published on 25th March 2014 after market closure.
