AMENDED UPDATED TIMETABLE - NON RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE
On behalf of the Board, CuDeco Limited (ACN 000 317 251) advise that the closing date for the Rights Issue is extended to Friday 6 May 2016. A number of eligible overseas shareholders have reported delays in receiving their documentation and this extension is to ensure all eligible shareholders have the opportunity to participate in the Rights Issue.
The new timetable for the Rights Issue is set out in the table below:

Notice to Shareholders containing Appendix 3B information Existing shares quoted on an ex rights basis
Record Date for the Offer (7:00pm Perth time)
Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form despatched to Shareholders

Trading Halt lifted - Ordinary shares recommence trading
Allotment of New Shares
