	GoldMoney research director Alasdair Macleod predicts today that the next financial crisis will begin toward the end of this year or early next year as the European Central Bank is forced to raise interest rates to reduce the gap with U.S. dollar interest rates. The strains between the major currencies have become too great, Macleod writes, but their rebalancing will trigger explosions throughout the world financial system, and this time Russia and China will have incentive to make mischief.
